One of our professional Intake Administrators will come to your home and conduct a FREE assessment. During our assessment visit, available options will be suggested to assist you and your loved ones while remaining in the comfort of your homes. Our team of dependable, caring, and friendly caregivers assist clients of all ages with home care needs.

 

Superior Care Plus:

Depending on a clients needs, ADLOC Health Home Care can provide Personal care, Companion, and Homemaking services on a full time, regularly scheduled, or as-needed basis.

Personal Care and Companionship:

ADLOC Health Home Care's Personal Care and Companion services are an important part of overall healthcare management. We offer medication reminders at various levels to assist you with your medications.

 

Nutrition:

Meal plan/preparation, Special Diet, Limit Fluids, Encourage Fluids, Record liquid intake, Record food intake, Needs Encouragement,

Restrictions.

 

Functional Limitations or Special Needs:

Seizure Activity, Blind or Vision loss, Hard of Hearing or Deaf, Incontinent, Safety/prone to falling, Oxygen, Weight-bearing limitations, Activity limitation, Shortness of Breath, Other.
